1. Agreement to Terms

The BAXILANCER app is licensed to you as a user. Depending on where you downloaded the app, your use may also be subject to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA (for iOS users) or the Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users).
2. Subscription Terms (Baxilancer Pro Monthly)
Baxilancer offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription called "Baxilancer Pro Monthly" which unlocks premium features such as unlimited receipt scanning and cloud sync.
- Product Name: Baxilancer Pro Monthly
- Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
- Subscription Price: Approximately $8.99 USD / €6.99 EUR per month (prices may vary slightly by region).
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your respective App Store account (iTunes/Apple ID or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
- Management & Cancellation: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your device's Subscription Management Settings (Apple ID Settings or Google Play Subscriptions) after purchase.
- Unused Portion: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
3. Intellectual Property
The app, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer of Baxilancer. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
4. Changes to This Agreement
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
